We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable CommunityCoaches to deliver Sydney FC football programs in schools, clubs, and holiday clinics throughout the year.
n
The Sydney FC Community Coach plays a key role in delivering participation programs that promote fun,inclusivity, and skill development. Coaches will represent Sydney FC in the community and help create positive experiences for young players aged 5-13. You are passionate about working with young players, reliable, and keen to grow as a coach.
Key Responsibilities: n

Deliver Sydney FC coaching sessions across:n
n
School's programs
n
In-Club Training Programs
n
Holiday Clinics
n
Skills Training Programs
n
n
Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment for all participants.
n
Implement Sydney FC session plans and coaching methodology.
n
Communicate effectively with players, parents, teachers, and club officials.
n
Arrive prepared and on time with appropriate equipment and appearance.
n
Represent Sydney FC with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer service.
n
Assist with program set-up, pack-down,



and basic administration as required.
n

Strong communication and people skills.

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.

Ability to deliver fun and engaging sessions to children of varying ages and skill levels.

Availability during after-school hours and/or school holidays.
n
Football Australia Foundation ...
n
Football Australia/AFC C Diploma or higher.
n
Previous coaching or teaching experience.
n
Driver's licence and access to transport.
n
