The Sectors Team is dedicated to guiding, engaging, and creating opportunities that enhance governance capabilities in areas where the AICD can deliver significant impact. By delivering targeted programs, scholarships, and initiatives, we support and strengthen directorship standards across key sectors including Not-for-Profit, ASX, First Nations, and Board Diversity.

Bringing together deep sector expertise and program delivery capability, the team plays a vital role in building governance capacity across a broad spectrum of communities, ensuring diverse voices are supported, empowered, and heard.

About the role
n
The Sectors Delivery Partner coordinates and implements sector initiatives identified in the Member Sector Strategy. Working closely with Sector Leads, the Manager, Sectors Delivery and colleagues across the organisation, you will help take programs and initiatives from design through to promotion, delivery and evaluation.
n
This is a diverse coordination role combining program delivery, stakeholder communication, research, reporting,



CRM administration and continuous improvement. You will help ensure initiatives are delivered accurately, professionally and with a positive experience for members, participants, partners and program sponsors.

Your remit will be broad and will include:

Coordinate the end-to-end design, promotion, delivery and evaluation of programs and events outlined in the Member Sector Strategy.
n
Administer programs, including reviewing and assessing applications and maintaining content in the CRM.
n
Provide clear and timely communication to members, applicants, partners, sponsors and internal stakeholders.
n
Coordinate program logistics and maintain accurate information and records in the CRM.
n
Review outcomes and identify opportunities to strengthen programs and improve future delivery.
n
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with members, external stakeholders and AICD teams.
n
Support Sector Leads and the Manager, Sectors Delivery with the development of new sector programs.
n
Undertake research, scoping and administration to support programs.
n
Maintain accurate and current website information, coordinate progress reporting and support relevant external research.
n
Support cross-organisational Reconciliation Action Plan priorities and deliverables where required.

What you bring to the role
n
You are a proactive and highly organised program, project or event coordination professional who enjoys turning plans into well-executed outcomes. You communicate confidently, manage competing priorities with care and bring strong attention to detail. You are comfortable working with data, systems and reporting, while also building trusted relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
