My client is a leading building contractor with a busy and rapid‐growing workload. As a result of securing further new projects,



this employer is looking to strengthen the team with a Design Coordinator to work on a range of Building Sector projects.
n
Ideal for an already experienced Design Coordinator or an Assistant/Graduate Design Coordinator looking for a step up.
n
Other opportunities are also available for Design Managers.
n
Requirements
n
n
Knowledge of the Building Sector.
n
Previous employment as a Design Coordinator, D&B; Coordinator, D&B; Manager, Design Manager, architect or design engineer.
n
Experience in building sector projects such as commercial, mixed use, residential, apartment blocks, student accommodation, hotels, extra care housing, MOJ, industrial, education or healthcare.
n
Ideally previous Main Contractor employment.
n
High level of communication skills.
n
Relevant industry qualification (Degree/HND/HNC etc).
n
Flexibility to travel/visit sites.
n
n
Location

Yorkshire / Flexible to travel.
n
Remuneration

n
£25,000 – £45,000 Basic (dependent on experience)
