At Ken Hall, our bathroom renovation division is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an ambitious, customer-driven Bathroom Consultant ready to take full ownership of guiding clients through stunning bathroom transformations and winning projects through exceptional sales performance.

Reporting to the Operations Manager – Trades and Roofing, you will work closely with a highly capable team including our bathroom supervisor, coordinator, estimators, and in-house trades. You'll be backed by a trusted SA brand with over 40 years of reputation, strong customer demand, warm leads, and a full project delivery model that sets you up for success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Meet clients in their homes to understand their vision
n
Present tailored design concepts that support confident buying decisions
n
Guide customers through selections with clarity, expertise, and warmth
n
Own the process end-to-end — from first consultation through to securing the deposit
n
Document and hand over accurate scopes, selections and plans
n
Build strong relationships and deliver a true five-star experience
n
Work closely with our bathroom supervisor and in-house trades to bring projects to life
n
Drive sales outcomes and maintain strong conversion rates from warm leads
n
Celebrate project completion by presenting the final handover and gift
n

This is not a pure design role. It is a sales-driven, relationship-led position where your commercial mindset and energy will determine your success.

You are a confident, engaging and driven professional who loves helping clients make decisions while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You bring a mix of design capability and a genuine love of sales, with the motivation to win work and deliver results in residential homes.

You thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

You excel in sales and building strong customer relationships
n
You have experience in bathroom/kitchen design, selections or interiors
n
You're organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing the full customer journey
n
You bring strong product knowledge across tiles, tapware and bathroomware (ideal but not mandatory)
n
You are proactive, polished, and motivated by performance rewards
n
You're comfortable working both in-office and in clients' homes
n
You have a Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
You have a Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
