As our
Night Manager
, you will be the hotel's Manager on Duty, leading overnight operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will provide hands-on leadership, oversee the night audit process, maintain safety and security, and support the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night.

Key Responsiblities include:
n
n
Lead all overnight hotel operations and act as the primary point of contact for guests and team members
n
Deliver exceptional guest service, proactively resolving guest concerns and creating memorable experiences
n
Maintain a visible management presence and support VIP, repeat and long-stay guests
n
Lead, coach and support overnight team members, ensuring service, presentation and operational standards are met
n
Complete night audit, financial reconciliations and reporting accurately and on time
n
Monitor compliance with hotel policies, procedures, security and safety requirements

Liaise with departments to ensure effective communication and a seamless guest experience
n
Protect hotel assets, monitor cash handling processes and identify operational improvements
n
Respond to incidents, emergencies and overnight operational matters as required
n
n
About you:
n
n
Previous experience in a Night Manager, Duty Manager or Front Office leadership role within hospitality
n
Solid knowledge of hotel operations, guest service and night audit procedures
n
Experience using Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
n
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong attention to detail, financial acumen and organisational skills
n
Availability to work a rotating roster including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service
