Job Description
Position: Workato Developer
Role Summary:
n
nWe are seeking a skilled Workato Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations and automation workflows using the Workato platform. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to automate processes, integrate applications, and ensure seamless data flow across systems.n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n• Design, build, and deploy integrations ("recipes") using Workaton
n• Develop APIs and connectors to integrate enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud apps)n
n• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutionsn
n• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations for performance and reliabilityn
n• Implement error handling, logging, and governance best practicesn
n• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teamsn
n• Maintain documentation for integrations, workflows, and reusable assetsn
Key Skills & Experience:
n
n• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)n
n• Robust understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON/XMLn
n• Experience with cloud applications (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft 365)n
n• Basic
programming/scripting
knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar)n
n• Understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, and error handlingn
n• Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsn
Nice to Have:
n
n• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for integrationsn
n• Knowledge of security, authentication (OAuth, SAML), and API managementn
n• Workato certificationn
