Senior Site Manager – $55M Aged Care | Kew
About the Company n
Our client is a well-regarded construction business with a strong track record delivering complex builds across Melbourne. Due to a recently awarded $55M aged care project with a repeat client, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery through to completion.
About the Role n
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a major, technically engaging project from the ground up. The build is a 150-bed aged care facility, seven levels, delivered with a tower crane on site. The project is about to commence, giving you the chance to shape the build from an early stage through to handover.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Manage all on site construction activities across a 7 level, $55M aged care development
n
Oversee subcontractor coordination, programming and quality control from early works through to completion
n
Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance and site standards across a complex, occupied-sector build
n




Work closely with the Project Manager and broader project team to keep the program on track
n
Manage tower crane logistics and sequencing across a constrained inner-city site
n
About You n
n
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on projects of comparable scale and complexity
n
Aged care, health, or other highly relevant sector experience highly regarded
n
Tower crane and high-rise structural experience essential
n
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders across a long duration build
n
Available to commit to the project through to practical completion
n
