About you
Clinical Psychologist or RegisteredPsychologist (registered with AHPRA)
Warm, thoughtful, ethical andevidence-informed
Experienced private practitioner orlooking to build your own practice with greater independence
Whatyou'll be doing
As apsychologist with Thallo Health Collective, you'll provide high-quality,evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention to a diverse range ofclients across the lifespan.
Your rolewill include:
Conducting
comprehensivepsychological assessments
, including clinical interviewing, diagnosticassessment, risk assessment and psychological formulation.
Developing
individualised,trauma-informed treatment plans
based on client needs, goals andclinical presentation.
Deliveringevidence-based psychological interventions across a range of presentations,using modalities you are trained and experienced in, with preferred training inone or more of the following:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (
CBT
)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (
ACT
)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (
DBT
)
Radically Open Dialectical BehaviourTherapy (
RO-DBT
)
Schema Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitisation andReprocessing (
EMDR
)
Workingwith a diverse range of presentations, and across the lifespan, depending onyour experience and areas of interest.
Monitoringand evaluating
client progress and treatment outcomes
, reviewinggoals and adapting interventions as clinically indicated.
Maintaining
detailed,accurate and timely clinical records
, including case notes, treatmentplans, risk assessments, outcome measures and reports.
Collaboratingeffectively with
GPs, psychiatrists, allied health professionals,support coordinators, families and other relevant professionals
topromote coordinated and holistic care.
Participatingin
peer consultation, case discussions and clinical collaboration
withinthe team.
Engagingin regular
skilled supervision and ongoing professionaldevelopment
.
Managinga
flexible and capped caseload
while maintaining high-quality,ethical and client-centred care.
Completingclinical and administrative requirements associated with the role, with
administrativesupport included
to help you focus on clinical work.
Whatwe're looking for
We'relooking for a psychologist who is
warm, clinically capable andcommitted to providing high-quality, evidence-based care
. You'll bringcurrent
AHPRA registration
, experience delivering
evidence-based,trauma-informed psychological assessment and therapy
, and stronginterpersonal and communication skills. You'll be comfortable workingwith
diverse client populations and a broad range of presentingconcerns
, with the ability to build genuine therapeutic relationships whilemaintaining appropriate professional boundaries. A solid commitment to
ethicaland professional practice in accordance with the AHPRA Code of Conduct
isessential.
