The Star Sydney is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in delivering daily venue operations at a premier entertainment hub. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will drive guest service, rostering, training and procedures to meet financial and service targets, while upholding RSA compliance and safety standards.
You will nurture talent, manage performance, and foster a agile, integrity-led team culture across our busy venues, including The Darling and The Star Grand Hotel.
