You will be rostered for 38 hours per week, working Tuesday through to Saturday.
n
Automotive experience is an advantage, but it's your leadership and ability to drive results that truly matter most.

About the role
n
As Store Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations, build a high-performing team, and create a stand-out store culture. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll influence positive outcomes for customers, the team, and the business.
n
You will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for:
n
Team & Culture:
Build a skilled, passionate team by recruiting for values, coaching performance, developing capability and driving service excellence.
n
Leadership:
Lead through the Autobarn values, inspiring an inclusive, high performing team while driving sales growth, operational excellence and customer experience.
n
Health & Safety:
Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management
n
Store Standards:
Maintain visual merchandising, promotional accuracy, and presentation standards
n
Financial & Admin:
Manage budgets, rostering, inventory, and performance metrics to optimise results and minimise loss
n
Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
n
Robust people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high performing teams
n
A sales driven mindset with the capability to deliver financial results and KPI's
n
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
n
A values led, collaborative, and adaptable approach, with the ability to lead change and build strong customer and retail relationships
n
Commitment to workplace health & safety, compliance, and risk management practices
n
