fully qualified Electricians
to join our growing Perth team. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Duties
n
n
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in commercial buildings.
n
Perform preventative maintenance on switchboards, lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
n
Test and tag equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
n
Troubleshoot faults in wiring, control systems, motors, and commercial appliances.
n
Respond promptly to urgent service calls and implement effective solutions.
n
n
Construction Duties
n
n
Install and commission electrical systems in new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
n
Read and interpret electrical plans, drawings,



and specifications.
n
Install switchboards, wiring, conduits, lighting, power outlets, and control systems.
n
Work collaboratively with builders, contractors, and other trades to meet project deadlines.
n
n
General Responsibilities
n
n
Ensure all works comply with electrical codes, building standards, and occupational health and safety requirements.
n
Accurately complete required documentation (job sheets, compliance certificates, timesheets).
n
Maintain company tools, testing equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition.
n
Deliver professional and courteous customer service on client sites.
n
Participate in ongoing training and upskilling as required.
n
n
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Essential:
n
n
Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or equivalent qualification).
n
Current WA Electrician's Licence.
n
Solid understanding of AS/NZS **** (Wiring Rules) and electrical compliance standards.
n
Demonstrated experience in both commercial maintenance and construction projects.
n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
n
White Card (Construction Induction).
n
Current manual driver's licence.
n
n
Desirable:
n
n
Experience with fire detection, security, data, and communication systems.
n
Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licences.
n
CPR & Low Voltage Rescue certification.
n
Experience in occupied commercial environments (schools, hospitals, offices).
n
