Residential Services is looking for a
Coordinator of Hospitality Services

About the opportunity:
n
Reporting to the Site Manager, you are responsible for ensuring a quality hospitality service is provided to residents by developing and monitoring work practice standards that focus on quality outcomes and continuous improvement including:
n
n
Ensuring the provision of quality hospitality service meals to residents, maintaining compliance with food safety standards
n
Participating in the development of your sites budget requests and monitoring expenditure, with effective and efficient use of resource
n
Coordinating provision of cleaning services and maintenance in accordance with required standard
n
Coordination of housekeeping staff and duties
n
Ensuring current knowledge of legislation, work practice and contemporary hospitality practices
n
n




About you:
n
n
Background in commercial cooking, hospitality services, or a similar service leadership role.
n
Proven ability to coordinate and lead a diverse team.
n
Knowledge of and experience working with food safety legislation and standards.
n
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to competing priorities.
n
Experience with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
n
Previous experience managing hospitality or housekeeping services in the aged care or hospitality sector is highly regarded
n
