The Opportunity
n
As Centre Manager, you will lead all aspects of the service, from educational excellence and team development to operational performance and family engagement. You'll create a positive, high-performing culture where educators are empowered to deliver exceptional outcomes for every child.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll drive continuous improvement, strengthen community connections and ensure the centre continues to provide outstanding care and education.

What Success Looks Like
n
In your first 12 months, you will:
n
Build and maintain a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture.
n
Deliver exceptional educational outcomes aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
n
Strengthen occupancy through outstanding family engagement and community relationships.
n




Maintain high standards of compliance while driving continuous quality improvement.
n
Achieve strong operational and financial performance through effective leadership and planning.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Lead the overall operations, educational quality, financial performance and culture of the centre.
n
Mentor, coach and inspire educators to achieve their professional best.
n
Foster a collaborative workplace where people feel valued, supported and empowered.
n
Drive occupancy, enrolments and family satisfaction.
n
Manage budgets, rostering and centre resources effectively.
n
Ensure compliance with the National Law, National Regulations and the National Quality Framework.
n
Lead and implement the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
n
Build strong relationships with children, families, staff and the local community.
n
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and excellence.
n
About You
n
You're an experienced early childhood leader who enjoys developing people, building strong teams and creating exceptional learning environments.
n
You'll bring:
n
An ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
Leadership experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager,



Educational Leader or in another senior leadership role within an early childhood setting.
n
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve centre performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
n
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations, NQS and EYLF.
n
Experience managing budgets, occupancy, staffing and operational performance.
n
Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
n
Current Working with Children Check.
n
Current First Aid (HLTAID012), CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, Mandatory Reporting training and Food Safety Supervisor certification.
