About the role n
As Assistant in Nursing, you will provide care in consultation with the Registered Nurse and Clinical Manager of the ward/department, and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
n
We are seeking enthusiastic AIN's to join our growing team at Calvary Riverina Private Hospital.
Your main duties will include: n
n
Use a patient centred approach to care
n
Practise within the organisational philosophies and guidelines
n
Ensure safe practice by acting to promptly rectifying of unsafe practice reflecting on own skilled abilities and guidelines.
n
About you n
n
Successfully completed the first year of a Bachelor of Nursing Degree at a recognised tertiary institution with evidence of a pass grade in all clinical components and currently enrolled in the second year of a Bachelor of Nursing degree; or Certificate lll in Health Services Assistant
n
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
n
Knowledge,



understanding and demonstration of customer service culture in health care
n
Willingness to embrace the hospital's core values, mission and vision and to incorporate into practice
n
