NT Pubco Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced CHEFS/Cooks to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the business

The Full Moon Hotel is a well-established hospitality venue on Bramble Bay, offering contemporary Australian dining, bars, functions, and entertainment.
n
Duties include:
n
n
planning and preparing menu items
n
preparing, cooking and presenting food to a high standard
n
maintaining food quality and consistency
n
monitoring stock and minimising wastage
n
ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
n
assisting with kitchen operations during busy service periods
n
working split shifts, weekends and public holidays as required
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent
n
at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience as a Chef
n
strong food knowledge and attention to detail
n
ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen
n
reliable, punctual and skilled presentation
n
flexible availability, including weekends and split shifts
