We're now looking for a Senior Associate Architect who wants to contribute beyond project delivery—someone motivated to lead well, build trusted relationships, and play a role in shaping the future of the practice.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine leadership role with visibility across projects, clients, and the studio.

You'll work closely with Directors to:

Lead major projects from concept through delivery
n
Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
n




Mentor and develop teams
n
Contribute to strategy and practice direction
n
For the right individual, there is a clear pathway to Directorship over time.

What We're Looking For
n
Registered Architect (WA)
n
15+ years' experience
n
Solid background in education and/or health projects
n
Proven ability to lead projects and teams with professionalism
n
Commercial awareness with a commitment to quality outcomes
n
