Job Description
Ampcontrol has just implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and we need an experienced finance systems professional who can step in quickly to support our post-go-live period. This is a critical role focused on stabilising the system, resolving user issues, embedding new finance processes and ensuring our newly implemented F&O; environment runs effectively across the business.

You will work closely with Finance, Digital and Transformation teams to provide urgent hands-on support during this important phase, helping users navigate the new system while strengthening controls, governance, reporting and day-to-day finance operations.

We're open to candidates located anywhere across New South Wales, with occasional travel to our Tomago Head Office required.
n
This opportunity is available on either a permanent or fixed-term contract basis.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
Reporting to the Business Performance Lead, your immediate focus will be providing post-go-live support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will troubleshoot issues, support finance users, improve system stability and help ensure the successful adoption of F&O; across Ampcontrol's finance environment.

Key responsibilities include:
n

Provide hands-on post-go-live support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, resolving user issues and improving system stability
n
Partner with Finance, Digital and technical teams to support system improvements, testing, integrations and releases
n
Maintain finance system controls, workflows, governance, documentation and key configurations
n
Support financial data integrity,



reporting, analysis and continuous improvement across finance operations
n
n
About You
n
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Strong D365 Finance and Operations experience is essential
n
Qualifications or equivalent experience in Finance, IT, Data Analytics or a related discipline
n
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems in a finance environment
n
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to add value quickly post-implementation
n
Sound understanding of financial processes, controls, reporting, data structures and stakeholder engagement
n
n
Experience with SQL, Power BI, system integrations and change management projects will be highly regarded.
