Project Coordinator
to join our team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the action - coordinating work on the floor, keeping projects moving, achieving quality outcomes and ensuring both the team and the client stay informed every step of the way.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of assigned projects and tasks, working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders.
n
You will:
n
n
Facilitate, coordinate and assist with the successful delivery of projects safely and 'Quality on Time'
n
Liaise with workshop teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to keep work on track
n
Maintain a robust focus on customer service and clear client communication
n
Ensure forecasts, timelines,



expectations, and outcomes are effectively managed
n
Drive the procurement program with our key suppliers
n
Attend project tender reviews and handovers to provide input as required.
n
Ensure all project data is entered into the relevant system
n
Support day-to-day workshop production activities where required
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in a structural steel production, manufacturing, or workshop environment
n
Ability to read and interpret steel fabrication drawings and symbols
n
Strong organisational and coordination skills
n
Confidence communicating with both internal teams and external clients
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
n
A proactive, hands-on approach
n
