As an
Employment
Consultant
with our WorkForce Australia team,you'll:

Support participants toidentifyand address
barriersimpactingtheir
employment goals.
n
Build engagementwith participants through regular
coaching,encouragementand
accountability.
n
Navigate challenging conversations and support participants who may be reluctant or resistant to change.
n
Connect participants with employers, training opportunities and communitysupports.
n
Manage a caseload while maintaining compliance, accuraterecordsand employment outcomes.
