#### Aged and Disabled CarersMelbourne, VIC ****Full Time#### Job descriptionOur clients are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Carers / Support Workers to join a growing aged care and disability support team in Western Australia.Key Responsibilities:* Provide daily personal care and emotional support to clients* Assist with mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and daily living activities* Support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life* Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members* Provide care to participants with high support needs* Perform bowel care and enemas where requiredRequirements:* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
