Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes rooted in Egyptian and Arabic culinary traditions.
n
Design and refine menus to ensure authenticity while incorporating innovative ideas.
n
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency.
n
Source, select, and manage ingredients, ensuring freshness and compliance with Australian food standards.
n
Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain excellence in preparation and service.
n
Ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations at all times.
n
Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal and promotional menu offerings.
n

Qualifications:
n
n
Proven experience as a chef specializing in Egyptian and/or Arabic cuisine.
n
In-depth knowledge of traditional recipes, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles.
n
Experience in managing a qualified kitchen,



including staff supervision and inventory control.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
n
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
n
Flexibility to adapt recipes and techniques to local preferences while staying true to cultural authenticity.
n
A passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
n

Preferred Qualifications:

Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
n
Previous international work experience is a plus.
n
English language proficiency (basic communication skills at minimum).
n
The candidate should be willing to relocate to Australia
