Call Centre Operator
for
a leader in environmental solutions
located in
Chullora
n
The important parts:
n

Temp assignment - ongoing
n
Monday to Friday - no WFH
n
9AM to 5PM or 8AM to 4PM
n
$***** per hour + super
n
ASAP Start
n
Chullora - parking onsite
n
n
What you will be required to do:
n
The successful candidate will be answering high volume inbound calls whilst completing administration duties on multiple software's.
n
n
High volume calls - ***** calls a day
n
Resident and commercial customers
n
Dealing with enquiries: booking, kerb side collections residents, bin collection and bin maintenance
n
Handling multiple booking portals
n
Handling council contracts
n
n
To be successful in the role you will:
n
n
2+ years in a call centre environment
n
Ability to multi-task and handle high volume calls
n
Must be reliable and committed to attending work regularly.
n
Dedicated to achieve KPIs
n
Intermediate experience using Microsoft products - excel, outlook, word.
n
Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
n

Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work

Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
