Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back

Meet sales goals and support team KPIs

Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards

Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
n
Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused setting

Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift

What You'll Bring

A genuine passion for customer service and retail

Great communication skills and a team-first mindset

Full availability from October **** to mid-January **** – especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day

Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
