Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Set targets, goals and branch performance expectations.
n
Lead sales, new business development and client engagement.
n
Support key client relationships and oversee customer satisfaction.
n
Identify key areas of business and operational improvement, driving required change
n
Monitor business metrics, budgets and forecasting.
n
Manage team performance and operational workflows.
n
Ensure safety, compliance and quality standards.
n
Establish a solid industry network and increase branch visibility at industry events.
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n




Minimum 5+ years of operations and sales experience, within blue collar labour hire and recruitment or similar
n
Experience managing a team of salespeople, account managers and managing a sales pipeline
n
Strong understanding of key industries and clients within civil, industrial, manufacturing, construction, warehousing
n
Ability to lead through change & influence stakeholders
n
Experience in managing performance and business metrics
n
Strong communication and commercial lens
n
Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities
n
Profit and loss exposure is highly regarded
n
