About the role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Residential Key Account Manager to expand our reach within the residential building market.
n
You'll play a key role in identifying new business, building long-term partnerships, and driving growth across the QLD region.
n
This is a hands-on role with genuine autonomy, you'll have the freedom to shape your territory and strategy, backed by a local team.

Key responsibilities
n
Identify recent business leads, converting into new business opportunities with residential builders in QLD.
n
Build and manage sustainable client relationships, ensuring long term growth.
n
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

About you
n




You're a confident communicator and natural relationship builder with a clear understanding of how residential builders operate. You're equally comfortable on-site or in the office environment, and you take pride in delivering real results.

You'll bring:
n
Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction or building materials industry.
n
Experience with HVAC, solar, insulation and/or heat pumps highly desirable
n
Strong network of residential builders across Brisbane and the surrounds.
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
n
Self-motivation, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
