As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and organised
Office Manager
to join our team and support the day-to-day administration and business operations of the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office administration functions and ensuring the efficient operation of the business.
n
The candidate is expected to perform the following:
n
Managing day-to-day office operations, administrative systems, and business support functions.
n
Coordinating office procedures and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
n
Assisting with staff onboarding, personnel records, and general human resources administration.
n
Maintaining company records, policies, compliance documentation, and confidential files.
n
Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support business operations.
n




Supervising administrative staff and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
n
Supporting management with reporting, project administration, and operational requirements.
n
Liaising with external professionals and IT providers to coordinate superannuation administration and accounting systems.
n
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate the following:
n
A relevant qualification in Business, Management, Administration, or a related field.
n
A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience in an office administration or management role.
n
Solid organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office management systems.
n
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
n
Experience within listed investment markets and an understanding of superannuation is preferred.
