As an Assistant Store Manager at Krispy Kreme, you'll play a key role in bringing our stores to life - supporting the Store Manager while inspiring your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. What are you responsible for? n

Supporting the Store Manager to deliver robust store performance and achieve sales and KPI targets

Leading, coaching, and developing your team to unlock their full potential

Creating memorable customer moments that keep people coming back

Managing rosters, labour, and daily operations to keep the store running smoothly
n Maintaining high standards across product quality, food safety, and store presentation

Experience in retail or hospitality leadership roles as a plus

Emergency and First Aid certification (desired)
