Work from home 1 day per week after probation, increasing to 2 days after 12 months.

Salary of $70,000 - $85,000 + super (dependent on your experience).

The role:

This opportunity has come about through continued growth, with a portfolio of approximately 130 properties located across the CBD and inner suburbs. You'll manage the portfolio end to end, building strong relationships with rental providers and renters while delivering a high standard of service and staying on top of all day-to-day portfolio activity.

this is an ideal role for a Property Manager who enjoys autonomy but also wants genuine team support.

Your day-to-day
n
n
End-to-end management of a residential portfolio.
n
Liaising with rental providers, renters and contractors.
n
Coordinating maintenance and repairs.
n
Managing arrears, routine inspections, lease renewals and compliance.
n
Delivering a high level of communication and customer service.
n
Building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for new business.
n

About you:

Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
Calm, proactive and solutions-focused.
n
Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
n
Current Agent's Representative
Certificate/registration
and a valid driver's licence.
n
