Position Overview n
We are looking for 4+ years
experienced EUC Deployment Support Engineers
to support a large-scale end-user computing and device deployment program across multiple locations in Victoria.
n
The role will involve onsite deployment, device swaps, Windows configuration, application validation, troubleshooting, asset management, and first-line technical support. Candidates must be comfortable working extended hours, travelling between project locations, and performing hands‐on deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Perform
laptop and desktop device swaps and deployments
.
n
Stage, rebuild, re-image, and configure Windows devices.
n
Set up and configure
Windows Hello
.
n
Validate
Outlook/Email, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
, and other business applications.
n
Configure
network drives and printer mappings
.
n
Collect, configure, and deploy
YubiKeys
and other authentication devices.
n
Deploy and support
kiosk and shared devices
.
n
Perform application and device validation following deployment.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve first-line Windows, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
n
Maintain accurate
asset tracking, deployment records, and documentation
.
n
Coordinate device movements between staging areas, hubs, and remote locations.
n
Work closely with project, EUC, infrastructure, and onsite support teams.
n
Travel between multiple locations as required during the rollout.
n
Mandatory Requirements n
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
n
n
Must be based in Victoria, Australia.
n
Must hold a
valid Australian driver's licence




and be comfortable driving between project locations.
n
Willingness to work
***** hour shifts and extended hours
when required.
n
Strong hands‐on experience in:
n
EUC / End User Computing
n
Desktop deployment and support
n
Device staging and imaging
n
Strong customer service and communication skills.
n
Ability to work independently in an onsite/field workplace.
n
Comfortable travelling and working across multiple sites.
n
Ability to handle physically demanding deployment activities, including moving and replacing IT equipment where required.
n
Preferred Experience n
n
Experience with Windows ***** deployment, imaging, and configuration.
n
Knowledge of
Microsoft 365 applications
, including Teams and SharePoint.
n
Experience with device authentication technologies such as
Windows Hello and YubiKey
.
n
Experience with kiosks, shared devices, or dedicated-purpose devices.
n
Experience with enterprise asset management and deployment documentation.
n
Previous experience working in large corporate or industrial environments is desirable.

n
Device staging, rebuilding, and re-imaging activities will primarily be conducted from the
Docklands and Longford build rooms

Travel Requirements n
This is a
field-based onsite deployment role
. Engineers must be willing and able to travel between
Docklands, Long Island Point, Longford, Sale, Barry Beach Marine Terminal, and Heliport
based on project requirements.
