About the role

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in property management who can confidently manage a portfolio and hit the ground running. This is an excellent chance for an experienced property professional to step into a senior role, take ownership of an established portfolio, and work with a diverse range of clients, rental providers and renters.

Key responsibilities
n

Managing a residential property portfolio from end to end
n
Maintaining strong relationships with Rental Providers and Renters
n
Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
n
Handling leasing, applications and renewals
n
Managing arrears and general tenancy matters
n
Coordinating trades and ensuring properties are well maintained
n
Providing excellent communication and customer service
n




Keeping accurate records and staying on top of compliance requirements
n

About you
n

Has 2+ years' property management experience
n
Is confident, professional and well organised
n
Has excellent communication and people skills
n
Can work independently and manage competing priorities
n
Has strong attention to detail
n
Takes ownership and pride in their work
n
Is confident dealing with Rental Providers, Renters and trades
n
Has a positive, solutions-focused attitude
n
