Position Overviewn
We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team in Gladstone. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of nurses and oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care while ensuring operational efficiency in our clinic.

Your leadership will be crucial in managing clinical operations, fostering a supportive team culture, and driving quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilitiesn

Lead, mentor, and support a team of approximately 10 nurses
n
n
Manage daily nursing operations within a busy GP clinic
n
n
Oversee Chronic Disease Management programs and care plans
n
n




Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and clinical governance
n
n
Implement infection control, risk management, and patient safety protocols
n
n
Contribute to workforce planning, rostering, and nursing team development
n
Candidate Profilen
The ideal candidate for this position will be a proactive and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and team development. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the skills necessary to influence positive patient outcomes.

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
n
Current CPR Certification and COVID-19 Vaccination status
n
n
Previous experience in a senior nursing or leadership role
n
n
Strong knowledge of Chronic Disease Management and primary healthcare
n
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
n
Understanding of clinical governance and quality standards
n

This full-time permanent position offers a market-competitive salary package of up to $108,000, including performance incentives.
