Job Description
Rural Funds Management is seeking an experienced Leading Farm Hand for our Maryborough Macadamia Operations team in Queensland. You will coordinate daily orchard activities, guide Farm Hands and contribute to protected, productive operations.

Reporting to the Orchard Manager, you will supervise small teams, perform pruning, harvesting, irrigation and machinery operations, and help improve safety and farming processes. This is a permanent full-time role with a focus on hands-on leadership.
