The role
n We are looking for Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facilities.
n You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.
What you will do




n The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring:
n
n
Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
n
Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
n
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
n
Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
n
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
n
Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Positive resident experience through resident-first approach
n
n
Who are you and what will you bring?
n
n
Registration with the AHPRA as a
registered/enrolled
nurse is essential
n
Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care
n
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
n
Hold and maintain NDIS Worker Checks as per NDIS Act **** (or willing to obtain)
n
2 doses of Covid vaccine
n
Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care
n

Employment details:
n Employment type: Permanent
n Hours: Full-time - 76 hours per fortnight
n Salary Range: $70,000 to $95,000 + Super + NFP salary packaging + allowances
