About the Role
n
As a Trade Assistant, you will be working alongside qualified tradespeople and site teams assisting with a variety of tasks, including:
n
n
Moving, loading and unloading materials and equipment
n
Using hand and power tools
n
Cutting, drilling, grinding and basic fabrication work
n
Preparing work areas and maintaining clean and organised sites
n
Assisting with installation, dismantling and maintenance work
n
Basic measuring, marking and material preparation
n
Using ladders, trolleys, lifting equipment and other site equipment where authorised
n
Following instructions from supervisors and qualified tradespeople
n
Working safely around machinery, vehicles,



tools and other site hazards
n
Completing other reasonable duties required to keep projects running efficiently
n
