About the Role

Our client is a leading financial services organisation experiencing strong growth and expanding its national and international capability. As a Claims Manager, you'll oversee the end‐to‐end administration of Death, TPD and Income Protection claims, ensuring compliant, accurate and timely outcomes for members.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
Manage the full lifecycle of death, TPD and IP claims
n
Review complex information and reports to ensure accurate, defensible decisions
n
Coordinate new claim notifications and deliver transparent, consistent updates to stakeholders
n
Maintain strong documentation discipline — completeness checks, follow‐ups, filing
n




Liaise professionally with insurers, underwriters and internal teams
n
Identify applicable policies/coverages and undertake independent research when needed
n
(Senior) Support uplift of team capability through coaching, guidance and template improvements
n

What You Bring
n
n
Strong knowledge of superannuation and relevant legislation
n
Experience in death, TPD or IP claims within superannuation
n
Exceptional investigative and problem‐solving skills
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
n
Empathy, professionalism and confidence handling difficult conversations
n
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
n
Ability to identify and implement improvements
n
