n We are currently seeking an experienced
Site Administrator
to support upcoming shutdown activities with a major client.
n This is a fast-paced, high-volume administration role supporting shutdown mobilisations of
420+ personnel
, so we're looking for someone with previous
site/shutdown administration experience
who understands the demands of mobilisation and can hit the ground running.
n If you're highly organised, confident across the
INX suite
and comfortable managing large volumes of bookings, mobilisations and administrative requests, we want to hear from you.

The client typically completes
3–4 major shutdowns per year
, providing further opportunities for experienced administrators who perform well.n
The Role
n
nAs the Site Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring shutdown personnel are mobilised efficiently and all associated administration is completed accurately and on time.n
nWith
420+ personnel mobilised during each shutdown
, you'll need to be comfortable working at pace, managing competing priorities and maintaining a high level of accuracy.n
nYour responsibilities will include:n

Managing and actioning requests through the
maintenance inbox
n
Processing a high volume of
ad-hoc flight bookings
n
Processing and coordinating
new mobilisations
n
Assisting with shutdown travel and accommodation bookings
n
Supporting mobilisation requirements and personnel movements
n




Updating employee and mobilisation information within relevant systems
n
General site administration and data entry
n
Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and documentation
n
Monitoring outstanding mobilisation requirements
n
Responding to administrative queries from workers and site personnel
n
Working closely with site, maintenance and mobilisation teams
n
Ensuring information is processed accurately within tight shutdown deadlines
n
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you'll ideally have demonstrated experience with:n

INX InTuition
n
INX +Process
n
Microsoft Excel
n
High-volume mobilisation and travel coordination
n
Site or shutdown administration
n
Processing large volumes of data accurately
n
Managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines
n
You'll also bring:n

Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
Confidence working within a fast-paced environment
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and use initiative

Ability to remain organised during peak mobilisation periods

A reliable and proactive approach to work
n
Previous high-volume site or shutdown administration experience is essential.
