Virtual Sales Representative

What you'll do
n

Build relationships with healthcare professionals through outbound virtual calls
n
Promote and represent leading healthcare and pharmaceutical brands
n
Achieve and exceed individual and team targets
n
Use your communication and influencing skills to create meaningful customer conversations
n
Accurately record customer interactions and maintain activity and sales data
n
Work collaboratively with a fun, supportive and close-knit virtual sales team
n
Develop valuable pharmaceutical sales experience that can open doors to future field-based medical sales opportunities
n
Work in a hybrid environment - 3 days in our Melbourne (Southbank) office and 2 days from home
n
n
What we're looking for
n
You don't need years of sales experience - we're looking for entry level candidates with potential, attitude and drive.

You'll ideally have:
n
n
A genuine interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and sales
n
A science, health or related qualification
n
Some customer-facing or junior sales experience - retail, hospitality, customer service or similar
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
n
Resilience and the ability to handle challenges and setbacks
n
Strong organisation and time-management skills
n
A competitive, target-driven mindset and desire to succeed
n
Current residency in Sydney
n
