With a strong reputation in the industry, they re now looking for an organised and proactive Administration Officer to support their busy operations team.

About the Role

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations and warehouse team
n
Manage data entry, filing, and maintenance of accurate records and reports
n
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer/client enquiries
n
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and external suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations
n
Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation
n
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office management tasks
n

About You
n
You re a reliable and detail-focused administrator who thrives in a rapid-paced, hands-on environment. You ll bring strong communication skills, solid computer literacy (MS Office essential), and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy. Previous experience in a logistics, freight, or warehouse-based admin role will be highly regarded, but a strong administrative background with a willingness to learn is just as valuable.
