Job Description
Digital Service Representative Location: Tweed Heads Service Centre n
nSNSW Clerk Grade 2 / 3 - starting annual salary $ 64,375 plus superannuation and leave loading n
nEmployment Type: Ongoing Part-Time (minimum 20 hours per week, with opportunity to work up to 35 hours per week) . n
nFlexibility is essential, as this role operates across a six-day roster, including every second Saturday. Minimum shift duration is 4 hours. n
nPlease note: This recruitment will only be used to fill roles or create a talent pool for this specific location and immediate surrounding area. n

nAs one of the first people customers meet when they visit our Service Centre, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience. n
nThrough face-to-face interactions, you'll help customers access important services, provide guidance, resolve enquiries and support them to achieve the best possible outcomes. Working closely with your team, you'll contribute to a welcoming environment where customers feel valued, understood and supported. n

nOperating hours: n
nIn our Service Centres hours vary between locations. You can check the opening hours for each Service Centre here . Flexibility is to work on a rotating roster between the Service Centre's operational hours which may include Saturdays. n
nThe Service NSW Award hours are 6:30am - 7:30pm (Monday to Friday) and 7:30am - 3:30pm (Saturdays). In some situations, you may be required to work during these hours. n
nPart-time - minimum 20 hours per week - (Monday to Friday) n
nFull-time - 70 hours per fortnight n
nHours are also subject to change based on the needs of the business. n
