Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
SAP BASIS Administrator
to support and maintain SAP environments, with a strong focus on
system stability, critical incident management, troubleshooting and operational excellence
.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Deliver high-quality and stable operations of
SAP BASIS systems
.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve
critical incidents, outages and complex technical issues
.
n
Lead and coordinate
Incident and Problem Management
, including identifying trends and driving resolution.
n
Identify opportunities to
streamline processes and improve outage resolution times
.
n
Work closely with
ECS, Product Support and other technical teams
to deliver projects and operational improvements.
n
Create and share
KBAs, technical documentation and knowledge roll-outs
.
n
Support strategic initiatives and continuously improve operational processes.
n
Own and coordinate operational tasks, escalations and process improvements.
n




Work effectively in a
fast-paced and customer-focused environment
.
n
Required Skills & Experience: n
n
Robust hands-on experience in
SAP BASIS
, including
ABAP, Java and Non-NetWeaver applications
.
n
Proven experience handling
critical incidents, outages and complex troubleshooting
under pressure.
n
Strong ownership and leadership skills across operational tasks and escalations.
n
Ability to quickly learn technologies such as
SAP Power Designer and SAP Cloud Connector
.
n
Experience with
Linux and Windows
operating systems in a hosting environment.
n
Knowledge of cloud/ hyperscaler platforms such as
AWS, Azure or GCP
.
n
Strong communication, collaboration and customer-focused approach.
n
