Eureka Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and help bolster the food side of the business.
n
We're looking for someone who is passionate about food, enjoys working in a busy kitchen and is keen to continue developing their skills. You'll work alongside an experienced team across a varied pub menu, helping deliver quality meals to our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation.
n
This position will commence on a casual basis during probation, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen

A genuine passion for food and willingness to learn

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work well within a busy kitchen team

Good communication and organisation skills

Robust focus on food quality,



consistency and presentation

Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and busy periods
