looking to jump start your career, we are offering a 13-month
full time or part time
internship based at our
Perth office
.
This is a unique opportunity to gain skills and knowledge while you are working full time commencing
27th January ****.
The Total Rewards Operations Intern program provides exposure to the student in the areas of
1) Employee Advantages and Wellness
2) Global OnBoarding and
3) Project Management across a broad geographical environment which include relationships with stakeholders in South Pacific and Southeast Asia as well as the US.
In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support the Employee Benefits service line including medical insurance, retirement/pension plans, wellness related policy and procedure administration, employee benefit reporting and regional wellness initiatives.
Benefits administration including annual physical examination, claims processing and re-enrolment for Southeast Asia
Support logistics and producing sessions for Global OnBoarding SEAPAC which includes the use of global systems and working closely with managers to organise employee attendance at onboarding sessions.
Coordinate the regional flu vaccination program and service milestone recognition program
Become a subject matter expert on all things employee benefits and maintain knowledge articles on various programs [BE1]
About You:
Are currently studying a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar (International Business, Internal Communication, Project Management, Business).
Have between 1 and 8 units of study left to complete of your undergraduate degree as of January ****
Are available for the full 13 months and be willing to defer your studies for that duration.
Note:
Applicants that do not meet these qualifying requirements unfortunately will not be considered.
To be successful in this role, you will possess skills/abilities or be able to perform:
Liaising with new employees and managers relating to coordinating global onboarding logistics.
Coordination of engagement activities across all countries and vendors.
Support insurance and benefit contract renewal processes.
Maintenance of the benefits information portal and answers articles.
Gain policy and process knowledge relating to benefits and wellness.
This is a 13-month, full time or part time, paid placement and the successful candidate will be required to defer their studies for the duration of the program.
