Robotics Process Automation Developer
to join our Process Transformation team and help identify, design and deliver automation solutions that make a real impact.

Working within our Process Transformation team, you'll partner across the business to identify opportunities, design solutions and implement automation that delivers measurable value.

This is an exciting chance for someone early in their automation or software development career who enjoys solving complex problems, working with stakeholders and delivering practical outcomes through technology.

What you'll be doing

Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities

Design, develop, test, implement, support and maintenance of RPA solutions
n
n
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to solve operational challenges
n
n
Facilitate workshops and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement
n
n
Contribute to automation standards, governance and best practice
n
n
Support the growth of automation capability across HBF
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
n
Experience in RPA, software development, testing, process improvement or a related technical discipline
n
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
n
Experience working in Agile or Lean environments
n
n
Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions
n
n
A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
n
n
This position is based in Perth on a Permanent basis.
