Practice Manager - Women & Children's Health Clinic

We're a well-established specialist medical practice, currently based at Cabrini in Malvern, expanding into a new, purpose-built Women and Children's clinic in Bentleigh. Our practice brings together an
obstetrician/gynecologist
and a paediatrician, with plans to add further specialists and allied health providers as we grow.

We're looking for a Practice Manager to lead this new location from the ground up - a genuinely exciting opportunity to build and shape a growing practice, not just manage an existing one.

About the role
n
Newly created position, based at Cabrini initially and our new Bentleigh clinic after opening
n
Full time or part time - hours are flexible and negotiable
n
Salary around $50/hour negotiable based on experience
n
What you'll do
n
Oversee day to day operations of the current clinic, supervise patient flow, medical billing
n
Manage and optimise our practice management software ( Gentu)
n
Lead marketing and patient growth for the new clinic including local digital marketing (social media, Google/local SEO), community and GP referral outreach, and promoting new services as we add specialists and allied health providers
n




Develop and execute a launch strategy to build patient volume for the new Bentleigh location
n
Support the onboarding of new practitioners as the practice grows
n
What we are looking for
n
Strong IT skills, ideally with practice management software experience ( Gentu a plus)
n
Proven marketing experience - ideally including digital marketing, local SEO and building referral networks with GP and allied health providers
n
Healthcare or medical practice management experience preferred
n
Enthusiasm in growing with the practice, comfortable working autonomously
n
Salary - excellent remuneration, negotiable depending on experience
n
Flexible hours — full-time or part time considered, opportunity to work from home 1 day/week once established
