Communicate HSE requirements on site
n
Assist in monitoring day-to-day site activities to ensure safety compliance
n
Report key issues to the site Safety Manager
n
Assist with incident investigations and report to appropriate personnel
n
Assist in site consultation, including toolbox talks and daily pre-start briefings
n
Participate in WHS audits
n
Promote a positive work health and safety culture
n
Provide hands-on HSE support to the Central-West Orana team on a large-scale renewable energy transmission construction project
n
n
Requirements
n
n
2+ years' experience on large-scale construction projects, ideally including renewable energy projects and high-risk workplaces
n
Cert IV in Work Health and Safety, as a minimum
n
Safety Lead Auditor qualification (desirable)
n
Comfortable working across a large, quick-moving construction site
n
Bus-in, bus-out role based out of the Central West Orana Region
n
Ability to work a 14 days on/7 days off roster
n

Demonstrates expertise in Work Health and Safety (WHS) compliance,



incident investigation, and safety culture promotion within large-scale construction projects, particularly in renewable energy. Proficient in conducting audits and providing hands-on HSE support in high-risk environments.
