Wamarra, in partnership with Symal, is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our civil construction team.
This hands-on leadership role coordinates site activities, leads crews and sub-contractors, and ensures works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.
You will work across earthworks, pavements, drainage, concrete and service installations, coordinating with Supervisors and Project Engineers to drive performance on site, manage 3-week lookaheads, and mentor operators
