About you:
n
n
Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, HSEQ, Construction Management or related disciplines
n
Be outcome focused with efficient communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
n
A passion for civil construction and exposure so construction work would be highly advantageous but no necessary
n
Be someone who takes pride and ownership of their work with a willingness to learn and take on more responsibility as you develop
n
An excellent attitude and awareness for safety, attention to detail and quality
n
n
You will be trusted to:
n
n
Develop technical and non-technical skills, improve industry knowledge and best practice and experience varied aspects of the Engineering, Project Management,



and Tendering functions
n
Assists with the management of planning, coordinating and controlling professional activities relating to projects. Including general planning, providing technical input and
maintaining/updating
contractual schedule/ program
n
Assists the management team in contract management activities, including tender's specifications preparation, collaborating in subcontractor negotiation and supply agreement
n
Complete predetermined competencies within the allotted timeframe in order to progress through the Graduate Development Program
n
