Based from Adelaide, this senior leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenge, leads with integrity, and knows how to balance the big-picture strategy with on-the-ground delivery.

What You'll Do
n
Oversee and deliver complex, higher-value commercial and strata repairs
n
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Senior Estimators and Supervisors
n Set the bar for quality, safety and client satisfaction
n
Drive the division's commercial performance – from margin control to pricing strategy
n
Represent Nexus with professionalism and build trusted client relationships
n
Champion scheduling, workflow and process excellence
n
What You'll Bring
n




7–10+ years' experience in construction, including senior leadership or project management roles
n
Proven expertise in commercial and/or strata projects – insurance industry exposure highly regarded
n
Strong financial acumen with P&L; and budgeting experience
n
Confident leader and communicator who can engage internal teams and external stakeholders
n Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project or Smartsheet), Excel, and project tracking systems
