Senior Process Transformation Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Transformation Consultant to support a major transformation and offshore transition program within a large enterprise workplace. This is a senior, hands-on consulting role for someone who can walk into a complex environment, quickly make sense of how teams operate and create a clear structure for what needs to happen next.
With a significant portion of the current function transitioning offshore over the next six months, you will work closely with leaders, teams and SMEs to understand the current operating environment and identify the critical processes and knowledge that need to be captured before transition.
What you'll be doing
Lead discovery workshops with business leaders, teams and SMEs
Identify the major areas of work across the function and break these down into processes, sub-processes and operating procedures
Establish what needs to be documented and prioritised over the next six months
Identify key SMEs, process owners and knowledge holders across the business
Determine what knowledge is critical to capture ahead of the offshore transition
Develop the methodology, standards and guidelines for process documentation
Establish templates and determine the appropriate level of detail required
Take large amounts of complex information and turn this into a clear, prioritised roadmap
Ask the right questions,



challenge existing thinking and provide structure where it may not currently exist
Work closely with stakeholders to support a successful knowledge transfer and transition
What we're looking for We are looking for someone senior, commercially minded and comfortable working through ambiguity.
Ideally, you will bring:
Strong process discovery, process architecture, operating model or business transformation experience
Consulting experience within a major consultancy or similar complex transformation environment
Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Experience establishing process frameworks, methodologies or documentation standards
Experience working across large and complex transformation programs
The ability to quickly analyse large amounts of information, identify what matters and prioritise accordingly
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
Experience with offshore transitions, knowledge transfer or global delivery models would be highly regarded
Experience across data, analytics, reporting or technology environments would also be advantageous
This role would suit someone from a consulting background who enjoys walking into a complex problem, asking the right questions and creating the structure and methodology needed to move forward.
Brisbane-based candidates are required, with an immediate start highly preferred.
