Harris Farm is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a team of 60+ Harris Farmers and drive a market-style shopping experience with robust commercial oversight. You'll own sales, wages, margins and EBITDA, coach for growth, and uphold customer and safety standards in a fast-paced fresh-food environment.
